IGOLDEN CNC Bridge Saw Maintenance Manual

Safety Guidelines

Before Starting Any Maintenance

WARNING: Always disconnect power and lock out the machine before performing maintenance.

  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE): safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots
  • Ensure the machine is completely stopped and all moving parts have ceased
  • Tag out the main power switch to prevent accidental startup
  • Release all hydraulic and pneumatic pressure before servicing
  • Keep the work area clean and well-lit
  • Use only authorized replacement parts
  • Never bypass safety interlocks or guards

igolden cnc bridge saw

5 axis bridge saw machine is an advanced stone cutting equipment that can perform multi-directional cutting on marble, granite and stone slabs. It is named as “5 axis” because it has the capability to move and position the cutting head in 5 different axes – X axis (back and forth), Y axis (left and right), Z axis (up and down), A axis (tilt) and C axis (rotate). The 5 axes configuration gives the cutting head maximum flexibility and maneuverability to cut stone pieces in any shape and size with high precision.

1. Routine maintenance

1.0

Air pressure check: Check whether the air pressure is normal. The air pressure value is 0.6-0.7MPa.

1.1

Check whether the pressure of the nitrogen balance bottle pressure gauge is normal. The pressure value is between 0.5-0.6MPa.

1.2

Voltage check Check whether the voltage is normal and whether there is phase loss

1.3

Check if the braking resistor is overheating after powering on.

1.4

Check whether the saw blade is complete and whether there are chips or cracks

1.5

Check whether there is any abnormal noise after turning on the saw blade motor.

1.6

Check motor temperature. After turning on the machine, check the motor temperature, including but not limited to the X, Y, Z, A, and C axes. The motor temperature range is 60-70 degrees Celsius in summer and 40.50 degrees Celsius in winter.

1.7

Check the wiring and check whether there are any wires falling off in the cabinet before turning on the machine.

1.8

Check the motor temperature of the hydraulic station. It is normal if the motor temperature is below 60 after starting up.

2. Monthly maintenance

1.0

Inspecting the track includes, but is not limited to, checking the XYZ axes for rust, debris, and other damage.

1.1

Check the oil can regularly to see if there is sufficient oil in the oil can

1.2

Check the Z-axis screw for regular maintenance to prevent deformation

1.3

Regularly clean the dust inside the cabinet to prevent circuit aging

1.4

Check the cooling fan of the machine and clean the dust regularly to prevent uneven heat dissipation.

3.Quarterly maintenance

1.0

Check the oil level of the hydraulic station to ensure that the oil level of the hydraulic station is sufficient

1.1

Check the air outlet of the nitrogen balance cylinder to prevent gas leakage. The inspection method is to spray soapy water on the air outlet to check for bubbles.

1.2

Check the interfaces of each pipe of the nitrogen balance bar for air and oil leaks

1.3

Check the pipeline interface of the hydraulic station for oil leakage

1.4

Clean the lens and body of your camera regularly to prevent unclear shots and aging of the camera.

1.5

Maintain the suction cup, check the suction cup regularly and clean the suction cup to prevent the suction power from being insufficient.

4.Annual maintenance

1.0

Check the Z-axis motor load. When the Z-axis motor goes up, the motor load is greater than when it goes down. If the difference is greater than 25%, it means that the air pressure is insufficient and nitrogen needs to be added.

1.1

Pipeline maintenance: Maintain the air pipe, oil pipe, and water pipe of the machine to prevent aging.

1.2

Regularly check and clean unused files on the computer to prevent the computer from overloading, crashing and losing software, etc.

1.3

Maintain the circuit and check whether there is aging, peeling off of the wire skin, etc.

1.4

Check whether the wooden countertop is still usable. If there are too many knife marks, it is recommended to re-mill the countertop.
