Full-automatic One-to-one Woodworking Production Line
This production line is tailor-made for custom furniture enterprises, delivering fully unmanned operations covering the entire workflow from cutting and edge banding to drilling. Equipped with intelligent vision robots and flexible buffer systems, it enables an efficient operation mode requiring only minimal on-site staff, with one-click control for the entire production line.
Once the equipment is activated, the automatic labeling machine prints and attaches codes to panels, while the cutting machine carries out precise sizing. Unloading manipulators intelligently sort special-shaped workpieces and standard panels separately. To resolve the pain point of multi-sided edge banding, gantry manipulators paired with vision systems automatically identify and rotate panels for secondary edge sealing, eliminating manual edge banding entirely. After edge banding, panels move into buffer warehouses to balance production rhythm. The six-sided drilling machine with visual positioning adaptively selects corresponding programs to deliver high-precision machining.

Multi-functional Integrated Spindle Head
HQD 9KW Air-cooled Automatic Tool Change Spindle:Standard configuration with an 8-tool magazine and 2 angle heads. It automatically switches among milling cutters, grooving cutters and side machining cutters without manual tool change. Profiling, grooving and routing of door panels can be finished in one operation.
Sawing Unit:Equipped with a standard 5.5KW saw blade motor, and an optional high-power 7.5KW motor is available. It is compatible with 350/400mm saw blades. Straight cutting, right-angle cutting and grooving for invisible fittings are far faster than conventional milling cutting, delivering smooth cutting surfaces free of edge chipping.
5+4 Nine-row Drilling Head:It completes vertical hole drilling of multiple specifications in one cycle, doubling the punching efficiency for three-in-one fasteners, Lamello connectors and invisible fittings, and meeting all hole machining requirements for cabinet bodies.
C-axis Rotary Angle Head: 360° rotating side milling and side drilling. Grooving, drilling and bevel cutting on panel sides can be realized without re-clamping, covering the whole machining of complex cabinets and special-shaped panels.
