To resolve the pain point of multi-sided edge banding, gantry manipulators paired with vision systems automatically identify and rotate panels for secondary edge sealing, eliminating manual edge banding entirely. After edge banding, panels move into buffer warehouses to balance production rhythm. The six-sided drilling machine with visual positioning adaptively selects corresponding programs to deliver high-precision machining.

Automatic labeling machine
After raw materials are loaded, codes are automatically labeled; panels are automatically fed for cutting; finished cut panels are conveyed to the unloading platform upon completion.
Edge Banding Buffer Zone
After sorting, manipulators automatically divert workpieces: special-shaped parts and small-size panels are directly transferred to the unloading roller table for delivery; standard regular panels flow down to the edge banding process or are temporarily stored in buffer bins to realize off-peak storage between working procedures.
Edge Banding Area
Panels are fed into the edge banding machine for first-edge sealing. Panels that only require single-side edge banding flow directly to the next process. Workpieces needing multi-side edge banding are picked up by the gantry manipulator, automatically rotated and repositioned, then fed a second time into the inlet of the edge banding machine to finish sealing the remaining sides, with zero manual operation throughout the whole process.
Drilling Buffer Zone
After edge banding, panels enter the drilling buffer zone. They are automatically stored in the buffer bins when stations get congested to balance the production line rhythm.
Drilling Area
Panels enter the drilling station. The equipment scans codes to identify hole positions and performs automatic drilling. Once finished, panels are automatically conveyed to the next process.
